Refund policy

No Returns or Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Replacements will be offered only if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived broken or defective.

If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement as quickly as possible.

Please note that normal variations in color, texture, or size may occur with handmade items and are not considered defects.
