Products and Handmade Nature
Each item is handmade or custom-designed. Slight variations in color, texture, or size are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. Product photos are provided as close representations but may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the secure checkout process. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times are stated on each product listing and may vary depending on the item. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Returns, Exchanges, and Replacements

Replacements will only be issued if you received the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging for assistance.
